We know you would all like to know when we are opening up the next door space - and honestly, we would too. As a small business, we don't want to bite off more than we can chew - and until we feel comfortable with the finances of it all...it will have to wait.

We have decided, because of some of the regulations that come with a seating area, we will not have an eat-in portion of our store front. But, we will have coffee, we will have a larger lobby, and we will have more space to carry more fun products for you!

Thank you all for you patronage that keeps us so busy - we hope to have a more exciting update sooner than later!

It has been so busy! And we are so incredibly thankful for all of you!! Your business, your support, and your patience as we work through this first years' challenges!

We're trying some new hours this winter - the cold is keeping our weekday foot-traffic slow, and it allows us to focus on the business aspect of this adventure for a bit.

Kyle and Megan got married!!
We all were able to be there
(thank YOU for understanding
the break in business) and
couldn't be happier for them!
They even got a week vacation
for their honeymoon :)

We have now had our store front in North Minneapolis open for nearly 5 months; we are continually reminded that we made the right choice opening where we did! And, judging by the last entry to this webpage - we've been a little busy! Wedding season is in full swing right now and sometimes we feel like we are still trying to adjust to this rapid growth.

After our appearances on Kare11, The Food Network, WCCO, The Jason Show, and a few Star Tribune articles, we gained so many loyal customers and fans; it was truly remarkable to have that kind of local support. Many of you are keeping in touch with us via facebook and instagram, and for that we thank you.

Remember, If you are planning to place an order - especially for weekends during wedding season - we usually need 2+ weeks notice...For those of you who have tried to order, but were turned down because we were already booked up, please understand we just want to make sure we can accommodate the orders we've already taken and maintain our commitment of quality to all of our customers! Don't give up on us, and please try to order with us for your next event! :)

Happy New Year!  We hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday season and start to 2017.  We wrapped up our first Holidazzle season on December 23rd, which was a fun new experience.  We met a lot of amazing people and really appreciate those of you who came out to support us!  As we enter the "slow season", our focus has shifted back to opening the storefront.  If all goes as planned, we'll be opening sometime this March at a location we've chosen in Robbinsdale, MN.

The Upper Midwest Baker's Association has announced that it's yearly competition will be held in St. Cloud on March 4th and 5th.  Megan and Kyle have both taken home awards from this competition in the past, so we're hoping to really make a statement this year!

Remember to keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter pages, plus you can now follow us on Instagram too!  Megan puts up lots of photos of her amazing cakes and hopefully soon we'll be showing sneak peaks of the construction process!

Again, we are so incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us, cheered us on, and offered guidance along the way.  Thank you, thank you, thank you... We wouldn't be able to do this if it weren't for you.

Tomorrow, July 11th 2016, our website goes live.  It's still a work in progress and you can definitely expect to see more photos and an expanded product list in the future, but we are ready to go and can receive orders online!

We've chosen our new home away from home, City Food Studio in Minneapolis.  We'll be doing all of our baking and decorating from this commercial kitchen until we open our own doors. So exciting!

Speaking of exciting, we also have big news coming about some local markets that we will be joining this month!  Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter pages - we will have some fun promotions coming along with announcements of where you can find us around the metro!
